Day One
Fuck. I’m really out of shape, but I’m not quitting just yet. It’d be pretty sad if I did. Got 30 minutes of cardio and I’m beat. Hopefully by the end of this month, I can do an hour of cardio and still be able to move without being in total pain. :P
